基本资料：

王洪美，女，1991年生，山东济南人，中共党员，理学硕士和工学博士，英国365集团公司特聘副教授，硕士生导师。2021年7月博士毕业于中国农业大学计算机科学与技术专业。2021年9月进入365英国上市工作，2023年1月被聘为英国365集团公司特聘副教授。

研究方向：

运筹与优化中的稀疏优化算法、机器学习、人工智能、张量优化

科研方面：

主持国家自然科学青年基金1项，山东省自然科学青年基金1项，作为负责人带领团队获批山东省高等学校“青创团队计划”项目。以第一作者在IEEE Transactions on signal processing, Information Science, Neural Networks, Applied Soft Computing等SCI刊物上发表论文8篇。
